90 Day Satisfaction Guarantee

If not fully satisfied with the performance of the Northpoint Horizons programs included in this order, complete programs may be returned and your account credited by following the steps below. All questions should be directed to CustomerService@NorthpointHorizons.com or (866) 466-7047.

1) Only full program kits or packages qualify for the 90 Day Guarantee. Individual components are not eligible for return or the 90 day satisfaction guarantee.

2) A survey regarding the use of the materials and the reason for the return will be required to receive return authorization.

3) Return Authorization must be requested prior to the expiration of the 90 day period from the invoice date. A return authorization may only be requested and granted by Customer Service. Customer Service may be reached at (866) 466-7047 or http://www.northpointhorizons.com/Contact_Us/Default.aspx

4) All products must be returned by U.S. Postal Service or nationally recognized overnight delivery service, return receipt requested and insured, in reasonable condition excluding the normal wear and tear that occurs with usage in the ordinary course.

5) In order to receive credited for the full amount of the program materials to your account, all products must be received in our in Vernon Hills, IL facility within 10 calendar days of the date the return authorization is granted.

6) The sales of Northpoint Horizons products are governed by the laws of the Illinois, irrespective of whether any party is or may become a resident of a different state and without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
